Product introduction

Basic requirements and thickness of the glass of thestress glass and PVB thickness.

1 When the laminated glass is broken, the glass is thicker.,the greater the tension of the PVB film, the somust according to the PVB used, the glass thickness of the appropriate thickness of the degumming phenomenon, and the rational use of PVB can reduce the glass rebound of the bubble. For PVB film boards and other special use can be customized.

The thickness of the  glass and PVBfilm:

1) Applicable to 0.38mm PVB film (3 + 3), (5 + 5), (6 + 6) ordinary float glass.

2) 0.76mm PVB film is suitable for (6 + 6) double tempered glass and float glass below (8 + 8).

3) 1.14mm PVBfilm is suitable for (8 + 8) double tempered glass and float glass (10 +10).

4) 1.52mm PVB film is  suitable for (10 +10) double tempered glass and float glass (12 +12).

5) 1.90mm PVB film is  suitable for  (12 +12) double tempered glass and float glass (15 +15).

6) If  a laminated glass, use at least 0.76mm PVB film for hot bending process .

This can improve the stability and weather resistance of the laminated glass. When keeping warm, the dwell time begins to cool down and the temperature between 135 ° C and 70 ° C is not too fast. Take measures to keep the pressure in the kettle air during this period without falling for at least 50 minutes. Better put 50% of the reactor cooling water, all open cooling waterat 70 °C. After the temperature of the kettle drops to 40 ° C, the pressure discharge time canslow is not relieved because of the rapid relief of quality problems.

Fourth, PVB film storage.

1, Good packaging products can be stored at room for 24 months, avoid direct sunlight, rain, water and corrosive gases.

2, Aluminum foil packaging is damaged or has been opened, must be placed in the storage room or meet space storage requirements, no more than 60 days, should be placed on the ground more than 300 mm.

3, Laminating room storage need to maintain constant temperature,temperature of 18-22 ° C, humidity of 25% -40%, air quality above 300,000.

4, The floor  of laminating room and storage room need to use wooden floor with a better heat preservation and  moisture resistance, if customers with limited conditions can also use the floor paint to prevent groundwater which can cause excessive humidity.
